Habiganj, Bangladesh (January 13, 2008) – On January 12, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed, DCI Vice President, officially inaugurated a new SCS project in Habigonj, Sylhet, in northeastern Bangladesh. The project is based at the Nagura Farm Govt. Primary School in Habiganj. Dr. Ehsan Hoque, DCI Executive Director, Mr. Ataur Rahman, Sylhet District Commissioner, and other local authorities were also present for the ceremony, a festive event at which the new Sun Child children and their families enjoyed food and music.
